Braai at Kudu Valley Safari Lodge

A typical Braai at Kudu Valley Safari Lodge, clients hosted by Africa Hunt Lodge. Chef LG cooks up the best wild game and traditional South Africa dishes in all of Africa. This is the absolute best part of the Safari for many of our clients. If the weather is bad, and the animals are not cooperating, at least you can count on a fantastic meal at the end of the day.

We have been operating as Africa Hunt Lodge since 2010, near the town of Thabazimbi in South Africa.  Our area is the Trophy Hunting Capital of South Africa.  We host about 200 clients each year at our (2) Lodges.

 Our daily rate for Hunting with your own Professional Hunter is $345 (USD), (2 hunters and 1 PH is $295) per hunter per day which includes your Professional Hunter, Guide Fees, Suite Accommodations, Meals, Open Bar, Care of Trophies after the hunt (This is also included in our Packages online).   Non Hunting Guest are charged at $150 per day.  We are located less than 3 hours’ drive from Johannesburg, and only 25 min drive from the town of Thabazimbi.  This does include your own private suite.

All licenses, permits, etc. are taken care of and we will transport your trophies to a taxidermist in South Africa for Dip/Ship back to your country or you can meet with local taxidermist in South Africa to discuss mounting of trophies.  All paperwork required to ship your trophies home will be handled by the South African Taxidermy studio regardless of mounting or Dip/Ship.   

We do rent rifles with ammunition for $25 per day if you don’t want to bring one, but we will also assist in providing the paperwork and details to bring your rifles if you like. You can legally bring 200 rounds with your rifle, and (2) Rifles of different caliber per person.

Please note, that we charge only an extra $100 per night per person to stay at Kudu Valley if you’re interested.

 To book a hunt date, we need only a $1000 USD deposit via USD Check, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Bank Wire, VISA or MC per hunter.  You can pay the balance either in South Africa or in advance to either our SA or US Office.  If you use a credit card, there is a 4% service charge.
